the location is excellent it's next to the train station the staff offered a welcome drink the breakfast had many choices the rooms were spacious. the staff was friendly and helpful i received a complimentary upgrade from a basic room to something larger. i found the bed very comfortable and the hotel quiet ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet offered many different food choices that i appreciated.
the lighting in the bathroom was not good it was hard to put on makeup and style hair

the staff are very friendly and helpful they provide excellent service throughout the hotel the receptionists are very pleasant and responsive providing assistance with any requests ensuring a smooth stay.
the staff was fantastic. they assisted me with borrowing a wine bottle opener and even provided a vacuum for a space saver bag i used. i will recommend this hotel to others.
the hotel was quite old fashioned. the carpeting did not feel very clean to me.

i was a little disappointed with my stay. the window faced the street and central station so it was very noisy. i couldn't leave the windows open at night. the weather was warm, so the room became unbearably hot. there was no ac, and a floor fan didn't do much to help. it was especially difficult to keep the windows closed at night because of the noise.
